Yes, I want to participate in the 2025 Circle City Donut Dash in Indianapolis on Saturday, March 22 at 9am at the Fowling Warehouse 1125 E Brookside Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202.

As a participant of the dash I will be eligible for one shopping trip to the Teachers' Treasures store in Indianapolis where I can select school supplies worth up to $500.

Submitting this form will enter me in a drawing (first come, first serve with preference given to teachers that did not participate as our guest last year) where ten winners from the Lafayette School Corporation will be selected to receive complimentary registration for the Donut Dash and a shopping voucher.

The shopping voucher is available to any teacher, principal, media specialist, counselor, social worker, nurse, speech/occupational specialist, and instructional coach working within a LSC school that registers to participate in the 2025 Donut Dash.

Several options exist including a Donut Challenge, a Non Donut Challenge and Virtual participation.
