Quincy Public Schools is currently planning for the September 9, 2020 re-opening of Quincy Public Schools.  As required by the Massachusetts Department of Education, we are planning for all possibilities, including daily in-person instruction, remote instruction, and a hybrid plan that includes a mix of in-person and remote instruction. 

This form is to indicate your preliminary preference for your students attending Quincy Public Schools for the 2020-2021 school year and will assist in the planning process.  

Please note that this is an initial survey to gauge how parents/guardians currently feel about the options.  No parent/guardian will be held to their responses.  We recognize that your family choices may change with continued information from the state.

You will be surveyed again before school opens once QPS re-opening plans are available for families to review.
