参加者は、必要に応じて各自で保険に加入する必要があります。Japan GAAは、健康や怪我に関する支払いを一切補償いたしません。参加者の皆様には、会場に健康保険証を必ずお持ちいただくようお願いいたします。自身で健康管理をすること、体調の良い健康状態であることが競技参加の条件であることを理解した上でご参加ください。
以下の緊急連絡先は、  万が一応急処置や救急処置が必要な場合、応急処置者が安全で効率的な方法で応急処置を行うために、適切な情報を得るためのものです。記入された情報は、Japan GAA委員会のみがアクセスでき、安全な方法で保存され、必要な場合にのみ緊急対応者と共有します。
All registered persons need to have their own insurance if you need; this means that Japan GAA does not cover any health or injury related payments.You must take care of your own health and be in good physical condition to participate in the competition. It is the responsibility of the individual participants to cover their own medical/health insurance. We advise that all participants ensure that they carry their insurance card to the venue. In the unlikely event that you will require first aid or emergency care, this part of the form is to enable the first responder to have the appropriate information in order to be able to provide aid in a safe efficient manner. The information provided will only be accessed by the Japan GAA committee members, and will be stored in a secure manner and will only be shared with appropriate emergency responders if and when required.
