Shining Leadhers Program Application
Thank you so much for your interest in our Shining Leadhers 3 month leadership development program, designed to help women leaders find their inner strength and confidence to make the changes they want to see in the world. The program features group coaching workshops twice a month, coupled with one-on- one coaching with leading female coaches, and peer to peer meetups. 

In this program we will address the major internal challenges facing aspiring women leaders including self doubt, internalized oppression, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and more. We will also find ways to build our own inner strength, verbalize our own core values, and build a life designed by us for us. The program will be largely taught and led by our Co-Founder, Cristina Bernardo Kullberg, a certified New Ventures West Coach, who researched and developed this content to first help herself overcome her own doubt and also to assist her own three daughters to lead a life of confidence, courage, and passion. 

If this is something you are interested in and can commit to be active and fully present for most of our workshops and coaching sessions, then we encourage you to apply. The program will begin in February and we will be focused on women leaders from the Open Dreams community, including Cameroon, but also across Africa and in other parts of the world. Only 10 spots will be offered to the top, most dedicated candidates.
