1.Each student is required to read 4 books: one from the list of 3 required books, two books from the MS Grade 7 Summer Reading list and one book of your choice. For the four summer reading books, students will conduct a short activity from the summer reading nine- square chart that can be found on the MS Summer Reading Page.

2. Below are listed three books, and you will need to choose at least one. Please read the form below and choose one, two or all three books to read this summer.   The books you choose from this form count as part of the 4 books you need to read in total.  

3.  Over the summer there will be voluntary book discussions about the three books listed on this form. The discussions will be led by PDS teachers and librarians. They will take place in June, July and August. A schedule will be sent to you.  You may choose to participate in ANY or ALL of the discussions.  It is your choice!!
