Thank you, Emeralds families for your contribution towards the Emeralds Colorguard program. In order to continue providing a quality experience to all of our students, we are asking for a Fair Share Contribution donation to help cover expenses associated with our program. This donation is tax deductible and a letter of receipt is available upon request.

The total Fair Share contribution amount we are asking per student is $400 ($200 per semester, $50 per month) for the entire year. Families have the option to pay in full, make installments, or designate an amount they feel is appropriate for the experience we are providing their student. Families also have the option to set up automatic monthly payments through the links provided on the next page after you submit your form.

This form must be filled out entirely to indicate to us who the contribution is for. Thank you.
