GameStop Ownership Survey 2023 Q1 Earnings
Purpose: Learn about GameStop Household ownership - specifically, learn about DRS vs. NonDRS to get a better sense for how many total shares are owned by household investors. For example, if most household investors own 1 DRSd share for every 3 nonDRSd shares and there are 90 milllion shares DRSd, then we can extrapolate that household investors own about 360 million shares (or 60 million more shares than are outstanding). This is our only way to get an understanding of the possible size of short positions (naked or nonNaked) as short positions are entirely self reported.

Please visit the YouTube channel (Richard Newton) and watch Episode 227 to learn more. No personal data will be collected. The data will only be used to inform household investors about the trends in GME ownership over time. This is the 5th survey conducted in this manner.
