Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment is due as follows:
- $500 USD upon registration (non-refundable)
- the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the first day of the retreat

Refund policies:
If cancelled more than 30 days before 1st day of retreat: 50% of the amount paid to date will be refunded (outside of non-refundable deposit). If cancelled 2 weeks before 1st day of retreat, 25% is refundable (outside of non-refundable deposit) If cancelled under 2 weeks you can transfer funds to another YogaKoh Event but there will be no refund.

Payment methods:
You can pay via credit card (+ 3% processing fee), bank transfer, or check. Please let us know your preferred payment method and we will give you our details.

The Retreat Fee Includes:
All listed inclusions.

The Course Fee does NOT include:
Airfare

COVID CONDITIONS:

We follow the health recommendations of the CDC and WHO and will stay up to date and act according to their recommendations.

We require all participants to receive a negative COVID test within 72 hrs of start of retreat or show proof of vaccination. If you are found to have a positive result we will give you a refund of amount paid, (besides non-refundable deposit), and your deposit will be transferrable to another training.

We will conduct a wellness and temperature check upon arrival. If you have a high temperature or are feeling unwell, you will not be allowed to participate in the training, and will be allowed a 50% refund of amount paid beside non-refundable deposit or have the choice to transfer funds into another training.

Once the training starts if you find out you have been exposed to COVID, you will be asked to leave the training and you will be refunded 50% of amount paid beside non-refundable deposit or you can transfer your funds to another training.

Due to this we recommend you practice social distancing prior to coming to the training.

YogaKoh is not responsible for refunds of costs associated with travel.

If YogaKoh CANCELS the retreat then you will be granted a refund of payment to date and non-refundable deposit.

YogaKoh reserves the right to change aspect of retreat details like hosts and inclusions dependent on circumstances.

By completing and returning this questionnaire form, you understand and accept the Payment Terms and Conditions and the Requirements for attending the retreat.
