2. Highest educational certificate
3. Workfare Training Support (WTS) or Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) letter (if applicable)
4. For company sponsored application, company sponsored letter and company (ACRA)

The above documents are to be submitted by email to courses@sirs.edu.sg.

Incomplete forms and those applications without the required supporting documents will not be processed.
