DGF Transportation Services is creating bus routes for the 2022-2023 school year.  Student outside the walk zone will be assigned to a bus stop.  If you have a student starting kindergarten in the 2022-2023 school year or your students' transportation needs have changed, please complete this form.

Please review important information below:
1.  Students residing in the district will be assigned to a bus route based off of their home address in Synergy.
2.  Students are allowed one morning pickup location and one afternoon pickup location for the school year.  
3.  Students who are open-enrolled and were on a previous 2021-2022 DGF bus route, will be assigned to a bus stop.
4.  If the morning pickup location and/or afternoon drop-off location is not your home address but rather a daycare, grandparents, friend, etc., please note the name and physical address of this designated location.
5.  We will notify parents when bus routes are posted to the students Synergy account via ParentVUE for those students whose forms were completed.  
6.  Please complete this form by July 15, 2022 so that we can add you to the bus routes for the 2022-2023 school year.
