Terms and Conditions:  

Bids
• All bids must be placed by 13 May 2019, Monday, 11.59pm.
• This form must be completed fully to qualify the bid.
• If you wish to submit bids for two or more bears, please submit one form for each bear.
• You may submit a new bid if you think that your previous bid is not high enough to secure you the bear. SDSC will only take your highest bid into consideration. If you submit a new bid for the same bear at a lower price, SDSC will disregard the new bid.
• Only genuine bidders should cast their bids. The Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) is a small charity, so we would appreciate it if non-genuine offers are avoided.
• Successful bidders will be notified by SDSC via email by 13 May, Monday, with payment details.
• Successful bidders must pay for and collect the bears of their successful bids within two weeks of their notification. Failure to do so will give SDSC the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder.
• Bidders who wish to opt for mail or courier delivery of the bears will be invoiced with the additional costs of packaging and postage / courier.

Sales of Singapore World Series bears
• Bears sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
• Kindly collect your bears during event days (10, 11, 12 May; 9am to 7pm) at OCBC Aquatic Centre, Ticketing Counter.
• Customers who wish to opt for mail or courier delivery of the bears will be invoiced with the additional costs of packaging and postage / courier.

General
• Orders will only be processed / confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Any amounts received above the required amount will be considered outright donation.
