Terms & Conditions:1) Only employees with valid JM NO. and JECMETAL EMAIL are allowed to do the booking.
2) Each booking slot is for ONE hour only. Users may select more than one slot.
3) Each submission is valid for one date only. Users who wish to book for another date must submit the form again.
4) Users may use this form to check the availability of the room. However, users should not submit the form if they only want to check availability and not make a booking.
5) This form is for booking MEETING ROOM only. Users who wish to book other types of rooms should proceed to the appropriate link.
6) Users who wish to cancel a booking or have made a booking by mistake should approach KS (Ext. 212).
7) The booking is done at the user's own risk. The company will not be responsible for any duplicating booking, loss of data or damage caused by the use of this system.
