●NONPROFITS: Must provide proper certification.
10x10 $50 If registered by August 13, 2024 - Late registrations $100.00
● Arts & Crafts Vendors: Products must be handmade. Soaps. Waxes, Etc.
10x10 $100 If registered by August 13, 2024 - Late registrations $175.00
● Retail Vendors- Includes pre-packaged retail products for sale that are not handmade. (No heating preparing, or packaging done on site- Sales only).
10x10 $200 If registered by August 13, 2024 - Late registrations $275.00
● Commercial-Includes any novelty, children's toys, light up toys, masks, bubbles, all Giveaways, information based, or Service based businesses, Corporations, and Contractors
10x10 $350 If registered by August 13, 2024 - Late registrations $395.00
● Food/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Vendor- Any vendors who prepare & serve fresh food or NA beverages onsite.
Up to 10x20 space: $600 If registered by August 13, 2024 - Late registrations $650
Cost is for all 3 days. If you can only attend 1 or 2 days we do not prorate. Price is the same.

● Adult Beverage Vendor- Any Adult Drinks/Alcohol, Includes Craft Beers, Wine, or Spirits- Prepackaged or Poured. (Alcohol sales permitted on site, must carry own state licenses, and insurance)
Up to 10x20 Nonrefundable Space Fee: $150.00,+ 20% of the balance of your
sales is due to the SBF Team upon completion of event. (Your non-refundable deposit of $150.00 covers the first $750 dollars of business you conduct at our event).
Payment is due on Application, refundable if we do not accept you for any reason.Fees payable by VENMO @LehighValleyHotAir or Check/Money order made out and mailed to Lehigh Valley Hot Air 1458 Chestnut Street, Emmaus Pa 18049. SET-UP
We typically allow haul in a one day prior to event, I will send out an email to confirming available haul in times. All vendors should plan to arrive in time to setup and remove any vehicles from the festival area ONE HOUR prior to beginning of festival so 3:00 PM latest on Friday, and 1:00 p.m. latest Saturday or Sunday. If you require extra room to pull in a trailer, contact the festival to discuss the best access prior to entering any area.
**Vehicle access to the vendor area is prohibited during public hours. There will be no exceptions and violators will not be allowed to come again.
● Prices are per 1 space.
● All spaces are reserved for the entire event.
● All vendors are requested to register by August 1st deadline for timely acceptance into the
festival.
● All registrations are non refundable, No balances held nor refunds will be considered under any circumstances.
● Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, water, fuel, & generators if needed to operate.
RULES
● All exhibitors must provide their own lighting, tables, tents, and/or equipment. This event is held in a wide-open air field, so please be prepared. These items can be left on site- We do have 24 hour security however please remove any valuables as the festival will not accept responsibility for any stolen or damaged items.
● Vendors must clean up their space at the close of the festival, including the removal of all trash placed in the onsite dumpsters located to the LEFT OF THE EXIT, BEHIND BUILDINGS. Violators will not be allowed back next year.
● We only have limited food spaces available, One of each type, Space is reserved on a first- deposit paid basis. We will try to honour specific exclusivity requests on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure to get your application in early. Be specific on those items that you want to be made exclusive. You must participate in all three days to be granted exclusivity and not all requests will be accepted.
FOOD/COMMERCIAL VENDORS
● Dumpsters will be onsite for all bulk trash. Trash cans are for guests only and will be emptied throughout the day.
Food Vendors Must be:
○ Self-contained
○ Self-sufficient on water and power
○ Generators must be low noise

● Exhibit spaces with water connections are unavailable. Food vendors must plan to
bring their own water.
● All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance to the festival organizers prior to event.
