CEI Sexual Health Center of Excellence - Materials Order Form
The New York State Clinical Education Initiative (CEI) Sexual Health Center of Excellence offers clinical materials free of charge for providers in New York State and providers in surrounding states that care for New York State patients.

We offer sexually transmitted infection (STI) treatment recommendation clinic cards that are convenient point of care cards reflecting the current CDC STI treatment recommendations. CEI clinic cards can be attached to a provider name tag while providing all of the important information needed to make clinically sound decisions regarding STI treatment.

We also offer a card on syphilis in pregnancy and congenital syphilis from the CEI Congenital Syphilis Prevention Program, a new card on screening for STIs, HIV, and Hepatitis B/C during pregnancy, and lanyards and magnets showcasing the CEI Line.
