There are several open Board Director and Committee Chairmen positions. All Board Members are challenged with providing business guidance and operational support for Association issues to include maintenance of Association owned "common feature areas" and adherence and protection of the CCRs (Codes, Covenants and Resolutions) and guiding principles of the Bylaws. All Board Members should be in good standing with the Association, generally familiar with the CCRs and available to provide voluntary, non-compensated services to represent their specific property areas and to help protect the overall welfare of all properties within The Association.
Applications for Board positions are requested to be received by Tuesday , May 16, 2023. Eligible candidates will be presented to the Attendees of the 2023 Annual Meeting with ballot voting if the required business quorum of 242 properties is achieved.
