Registration for "Beauty & The Beast" at Hightower Trail Middle School - Registration will OPEN TODAY at 5:00pm! This production is open to the first 50 students who register and submit payment.

The following are our rehearsal dates. Please make notes on your child's availability. If you know of any conflicts (when your student will not be available to attend), please list below. To ensure a successful show, your child's attendance will be critical.

Rehearsal Dates: Mondays & Thursdays 4:30-6:00pm. 9/6, 9/11, 9/14. 9/18, 9/21, 10/2, 10/5, 10/9, 10/12, 10/19, 10/23, 10/26, 10/30, 11/2, 11/6, 11/9, 11/13, 11/16, 11/27, 11/30, 12/4, 12/7, 12/11, 12/14, 1/4, 1/8, 1/11, PRODUCTION WEEK: Practice Each Night until 8pm-ish. (MANDATORY) 1/15 (MLK Jr. Day: Time 9-2ish), 1/16, 1/17, 1/18, 1/19, 1/20 *

I agree that my child will be available for all rehearsals and performances except for any dates indicated above.

I recognize that when my child will be absent from rehearsal, it is expected that I will email the htmsdrama@gmail.com to let them know in advance.

I will pick my child up at the assigned pickup time. Failure to due so multiple times may result in removal from the production with no refund.

I understand that excessive unexcused absences may result in my child being recast or removed from the performance with no refund of the participation fee.

I understand that once we reach the first day of auditions, I will not be refunded any portion of my fee if my student decides not to continue with the production.

I understand that once I submit my registration and payment, only 85% of the registration fee will be refunded. Remember: There are NO REFUNDS after auditions.

After your registration is submitted online, you will receive an invoice and/or Venmo request to the email/username above. Registration is not complete until payment is complete. You may arrange an alternative payment method by email htmsdrama@gmail.com. *
