1. Para separar una fecha, se requiere $100 de deposito para el Playground 
$50-$100 para mesas, dependiendo el tamano de la mesa y la cantidad de personas. El mismo es devuelto si cancela con 2 semana de anticipacion. Si la cancelación surge por parte nuestra se le devolvera el depósito. Entendemos que pueden surgir cosas inesperadas de ultimo momento como (lluvia, por ejemplo). Estamos mas que dispuestos a re-agendar su evento hasta 3 meses desde la fecha. Luego de los 3 meses, el evento quedara cancelado, sin devolucion (solo el deposito de seguridad)
2. El balance debe ser pagado en su totalidad UNA SEMANA antes de su evento. SIN EXCEPCIONES 
3. Una vez completado el formulario, se le enviara un invoice, donde podra emitir su deposito para hacer la reservacion. Una vez recibido el deposito, se le enviara la confirmacion de la reservacion.                  


1. To save a date, a $100 deposit is required for Playground and $50-$100 for tables, depending the table size and how many people. The same is returned if canceled 2 weeks in advance. If the cancellation arises on our part, the deposit will be returned. We understand that unexpected things can come up at the last minute.(like Rain, for example) We are more than willing to re-schedule your event up to 3 months from the date. After 3 months, the event will be cancelled, without refund (only the security deposit)
2. The balance must be paid in full ONE WEEK before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS
3. Once the form is completed, an invoice will be sent, where you can issue your deposit to make the reservation. Once the deposit is received, the confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you.

Los playground y crzazy cars, deben estan en un area que este anivelada el piso. En caso de ser en el patio, se puede poner siempre y cuando no existan huecos, ramas de arboles o desnivel. En caso de lluvio es importante que se ponga en un lugar seco, no inundable. /

3 dias antes el evento se le enviara la ruta con el horario de set up de su evento. El mismo dependera de la hora de inicio y las direcciones de los eventos. Tenga en cuanta y asegurese de indicar la hora correcta, no adelantada, ya que si su evento es un parque y luego que se le envie la hora de montaje usted me notifica que es mas tarde, es su responsabilidad estar disponible a la hora que yo le indico. Usted es responsable de estar a tiempo para el motaje, ya que atrasarse hace que atrase el resto de la ruta. Solo tenemos 15 mibutos de espera. De no estar a tiempo, el equipo de montaje se retirara y quedara cancelado el evento sin derecho a devolucion del dinero, solo el dposito de seguridad.  / 

3 days before the event, the route will be sent to you with the set up time of your event. It will depend on the start time and the directions of the events. Hora de finalizacion del evento / Time Event End

Nuestros eventos no son por cantidad de hora. Aun asi, hacemos una ruta ddependiendo los eventos del diia y los horarios para tratar de darles la mayor cantidad dde tiempo posiblea su evento. Pero tenga en cuenta que se comienza a recoger desde las 6:30pm, hasta que se acaben los eventos. 3 dias antes se le notificara la hora que se estara recogiendo su evento, no siginifica que si usted indica hora de finaizacion a las 11pm, es la hora que se recogera. Se trata de darles el tiempo suficientes y llegar lo mas cercano a la hora de acabar, Pero en caso de que sea antes, usted debe retirar a los ninos del playground, una vez el equipo de recogido este en el lugar para permitirnos hacer el trabajo y que ningun nino salga con algun golpe.  /

Deposito de Seguridad
Todo playground tendra un cargo por deposito de Seguridad en su factura de $100, que es reembolsable siempre y cuando se cumpla con las reglas establecidas en el contrato. El contrato es enviado automaticamente se le hace la reserva y la factura. Es su responsabilidad leerlo y cumplir con las relas establecidas. Esta devolucion puede tomar de 5 a 7 dias. Crazy Cars $125 y Dream White tendra un deposito de seguridad de $250, 
Prcios no incluyen costo por delivery ni Taxes.

Security Deposit
All playgrounds will have a security deposit charge on their invoice of $100, which It is refundable as long as the rules established in the contract are complied with. The contract is sent automatically, the reservation and the invoice are made. It is your responsibility to read it and comply with the established rules.. This return can take from 5 to 7 days to be sent. Crazy Cars is $125 and Drean White $250.
