TRANSFER TERMS:

•Please let us know, at the latest, by July 20 (for Fall term) and January 20 (for Spring term) if you intend to transfer so we can ensure your scholarship award is sent to the correct institution.

DEFERRAL TERMS:

•All deferral requests are subject to approval by the LANL Foundation.

•Students may defer for up to one year. Special permission to defer for up to two years is considered on a case-by-case basis. Special requests must be formally submitted to scholarships@lanlfoundation.org.

•Students approved for deferral will be prompted to reconfirm their intent to enroll in the month prior to enrolling. The LANL Foundation will verify that students are in good academic standing before sending payment to the college/university.
