Thank you for considering our SMHS Parent Council for the 2020-2021 school year.

This form permits you to nominate another parent or to nominate yourself for Council for this school year.

In the event that the number of candidates exceeds the number of parent representative positions on the School Council, an election will be held. We will contact those nominated and request some autobiographical information which would be distributed by the school to all parents prior to an election.
