2023 - 2024 PTO Volunteer Form 
The Lewis & Clark PTO (parent teacher organization) is a great way to give back to your child's school. In order to volunteer, you must already have a volunteer application approved by the school district. If you have not submitted an application yet please follow this link and complete it online. https://www.sthelens.k12.or.us/volunteer  If there are any additional documents needed the school district will reach out to you.

We have a number of projects, fundraisers and other volunteer opportunities that help benefit not just your child, but the teachers and the community that surrounds Lewis & Clark. Whether you volunteer for a day, an hour or even 30 minutes, it makes such a tremendous impact. Thank you for joining us!

What is your availability? We have opportunities that can occur mornings, mid-days and evenings. We'll always announce about volunteer opportunities but there may be projects in immediate need and knowing who we can reach out to with availability helps us out tremendously.  *
Do you have a food handlers card? Some of our fundraisers and activities will include selling or handling of food and we will staff volunteers in those positions who already have their card. *
