A Series of Eight Online Sessions
With Rabbi Meir Sendor
Tuesdays from October 5, 2021 to November 23, 2021

The general term in Torah for enduring, intimate spiritual relationship with God is devekut, literally, adherence. In Kabbalah and Hasidut this term signifies a constant awareness of God that comes to permeate all our actions, speech and thoughts at every moment. To cultivate this consciousness, our mystical traditions promote various methods of mental discipline including meditation and contemplation. We will explore several meditative approaches to devekut from the kabbalistic and hassidic traditions, analyzing their techniques and putting them into practice, to enhance our spiritual lives and bring more awareness of God’s presence to this needy world.
All sessions will be held online, through the video conferencing network Zoom. The link will be sent when you subscribe.
