Is the title "Parent Teacher Conference" still appropriate?
Yes, even with the mix of non -educational "special episodes" (ex. the 12 Days of Christmas Podcasts)

In the beginning, I tried to keep episodes between 20-30 minutes long, splitting up longer episodes into two. Lately, I have headed north of 40 minutes. What are your thoughts about the length?
Time isnt a factor, speak until you are done with your thoughts
Keep it less than 20 minutes
Keep each episode under 30 minutes

One purpose of this podcast is to present educational opinions that are contrary to some of the more progressive views that are being presented so parents and teachers alike know those thoughts are out there and they can draw their own conclusions. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being not accomplishing the goal, 10 being accomplishing it with excellence).

Typically I publish episodes when they are finished. Is this a good method or do you want a more regular roll out.
You usually have one 7 days, as long as you keep that consistency up, its good.
I would like to have one drop on the same time and date. If you have an extra or special episode that drops within that week, that would just be a bonus.
Keep to a strict schedule, if it's once a week, keep it at once a week,
Push it out whenever you're ready.
