HCDC Athlete and Parent Agreement
As an athlete, I agree to follow all rules required of the facility and pool and instructions from the coaching staff. I understand that if I am in breach of any of the rules and / or guidelines given by any of the coaches, pool staff, lifeguards; it may affect my standing on the team and I may be asked to withdraw from the team. I will uphold the morals and values set by Hastings Community Diving Club team by being an ambassador for my team in and out of the pool and at competitions. I will always represent my fellow teammates, coaches, club and team parents in the best way possible.
As a parent, I agree to follow the pay schedule (due 1st of the month) and acknowledge the late fee schedule (after 15th of the month your diver's place may be given to a waitlisted athlete). I agree to sign up my child as a USA Diving Athlete Member which protects the athlete, coach and facility. I understand that if I am in breach of any of the rules, guidelines, or mistreat any coaches, staff, team parents or athletes, I will be subject to having my diver(s) being withdrawn from the Hastings Community Diving Club Team and will forfeit any payment made for the current month.
HCDC Strongly recommends that every diver have an annual physical and receive permission from a physician before participating in physical activity.
