Thank you for your interest in joining Haney Hayes Promotions (HHP) and Terri Anne Browning (TAB) in our 1st full-scale Author's Event. This is an Interest Application. The event is aimed at Authors of any and all Sub-Genres of Fiction including Erotic Romance. This is an all-inclusive event and we pride ourselves on this.

Note Interracial/Multicultural or LGBTQIA+ Authors: Because we believe that representation happens naturally in nearly all genres and sub-genres and that our event is about community, not segregation; please give us your main genre. So if the Main Character in your PNR identifies as Queer you simply apply for the Paranormal listing.

Our Goal in this new COVID world is to create a safe, fun, and affordable event for all Authors and Readers.

We intend for the event to last from Friday-Sunday, though some may show early for pre-event fun! We will be doing virtual workshops and events in the months leading up to the physical event, which will be announced upon interest completion.

Helping Hand-Helping Hands will attend the Event at only the cost of their boarding and transportation, and will be on as staff, to help authors and readers with any nominal tasks. IE grabbing books, table set up/breakdown, getting a water, etc.

As with any event of this type, there will be a table fee. As we believe in transparency, understand that we have staff, and that we will be paying for streaming services for the live events depending on size. We will also be offering VIP Reader Admission with an event package (tote with author merch). Table may be up to 300 USD, but the event will run from Friday through Sunday and Hotels will be at a discounted rate. This fee also will include your held space for virtual opportunities leading up to the event and a space on the BFER Landing Page at Haneyhayespr.com *

Would you like to provide anything for the VIP Bags? All materials must be received no later than 45 days prior to the event date. You may be asked to provide material for up to at least 50 bags, but no more than 75. This can be anything from bookmarks to actual books--and anything in-between!
