USD 350 Continuous Learning Family Survey
The governor has ordered schools in Kansas closed for the remainder of the year.  School staff is working on a plan to ensure student learning can progress through the last few weeks of school.  This survey will help teachers and school staff understand how to best meet the needs of students and families in our district.  The plan is to begin mostly at-home learning during the week of March 30th.  The goal is to communicate the specifics of this plan to families by March 26th.

The district will provide free lunch and breakfast to anyone ages 18 and younger (not just students).  This will be provided via drive-through pickup during the lunch hour.  Lunch for the day and breakfast for the next day will be provided.  How many people would you anticipate participating in the lunch/breakfast program?
There may be an opportunity to deliver meals to homes out of town or to a central delivery point (like Hudson).  If your family will participate in the lunch/breakfast program and the district is able to provide delivery, would your family need delivery?
