Hilfield Youth Camp Agreement: All those attending Hilfield Youth Camp and any related organised activity (including reunions) are asked to abide by these principles:★ No alcohol or illegal substances on the camp or reunion.★ Not leaving the camp, event or reunion site without the agreement of either one of the Hosts.★ Fully participating in the life of the camp.★ Not to share sleeping accommodation with members of the opposite sex except family members. Anyone knowingly breaking their agreement to these principles could be asked to go home. Leaders must also read and adhere to the current ‘Policies’ document. I have read and am willing to abide by these rules and I am happy for my photo to be used in HYC publicity and the web-site. *
Parental / Legal guardian consent: I give permission for my child (named on this form) to take part in the normal activities of Hilfield Youth Camp (wide games, swimming, dance and music workshops, worship, etc). I understand that this may involve travelling in minibuses.I understand that while involved he/she will be under the supervision and care of the adult leaders of the camp. While the adult leaders in charge of the camp will take all reasonable care of the campers, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child during, or as a result of, the activity. *
