This 3-year Virtual Production Fellowship
Programme will provide an introduction to what virtual production is, the key
technologies and concepts that underlie it, the potential career pathways and
skills required, and practical know-how to develop critical skills through
experience that will enable and empower delegates to work toward future careers
within virtual production and real-time industries, advancing to work experiences
opportunities, live briefs and production capabilities as proficiency
demonstrators to prepare crew for HETV and film careers working in virtual production. This will include gaining the required knowledge and expertise within 4 key competency areas:
· Production
· Creating Virtual Art
· Volume Control /Running a Volume
· Filming in a volume
Opportunities to shadow, learn, network and participate in this fellowship will provide insights into Virtual Production, the creative industries, skills development and jobs in the sector.
There are 4 places available for students who are currently enrolled in University's across Scotland (applicable programs across film, broadcast, tv, advertising, live events, and games).
