Volunteer Assignments

There are many different ways to volunteer for VBS.

STAR GUIDES:
You prefer to stay with one age group of kids (voyagers) and move with them from station to station. Your job is to assist the Station Leaders with activities, to assist children with activities, and keep your group safe thru out VBS.

STATION HELPER:
You prefer to stay and help with one station. Your job is to assist the Station Leader with activities.

STATION LEADER:
You prefer to lead a station, You will lead the same activity 4 times as kids rotate in and out of your station. (with adjustments to activity based on grade level).

REGISTRATION/CHECK IN:
You assist with registration on Monday and Tuesday morning of VBS (June 24 & 25), 8:30-9:15 am

SOUND BOARD:
You assist with the video and sound at the start and end of VBS each day, and are available for the Friday evening celebration event.

DECORATING CREW:
You are available the weeks prior to VBS to plan and decorate the church. The biggest push to decorate will be the week before VBS.
