KUMC Campout Reservation - Feb 17-20

February 17-20th, Bastrop State Park (Hays ISD has that Friday as a Weather Makeup Day and Monday off).

Would you like to go camping with your church family? We have space for up to a total of 40 people. Though we can look into booking additional sites if needed, people are also welcome to come for the day on Saturday February 18th (the park recommends purchasing day use passes ahead of time).

For the most part, bring your own gear and food, but Kallie will have a "base camp" with fire (as allowed) going much of the time and shade / light / stove / basic kitchen stuff as well as basic first aid stuff. If you need a tent or gear, let her know as she has a lot of camping gear and might be able to help. If you have never camped before she is also happy to help with a basic packing list and advice.

We are interested in CAMPING overnight these days (check all that apply):
The sites are already paid for, individuals/families will be responsible for their day use fees ($5 per day for each person over 12 or you can use a State Park Pass if you have one). Let Pastor Kallie know if you need help covering that fee.
We are interested in VISITING these days:
You will need to purchase a day pass to visit ($5 for adults over 12). The park recommends purchasing these ahead of time, though if there is capacity you can buy them when you arrive. You might want to bring some camping chairs if you have them.
We plan to come to LUNCH ON SATURDAY at 1pm
We will have hotdogs, chips and smores and everything needed for lunch for those who RSVP here. Bring some chairs and come join us for lunch and a short hike with communion in the afternoon for those interested.
I am filling out this form on behalf of these people who are coming with us or youth riding with Alissa for Saturday (list full names).....
We will be DRIVING this vehicle (make/model/color/license plate)
Anything else? Share here if there are things we should know about your plans. Any significant allergies. Camping supply needs. Etc.
