・体調が悪い場合は参加をご遠慮願います。
・マスク等をご持参頂き、プレー以外の時間はご着用願います。
・室内履きをご持参願います。
・イベント中のけがに対しては応急処置の対応致します。重篤な場合は救急車にて対応します。
スポーツ保険等は各自ご加入願います。
・イベント中に撮影した写真等は公式サイト等に使用する場合がありますのでご了承願います。
・小学生、中学生、高校生の場合は保護者の同意のもとご参加願います。

such as when accepting a participant or changing
