Realtors as Neighbors Downpayment Assistance Grant Application

The REALTORS® as Neighbors Foundation is a helping hand of the Lake Superior Area REALTORS® to assist homeowners. Applicant's lender must confirm the applicant meets the 100% AMI classification and is a first-time homeowner. Downpayment assistance fund grants of $1000 per applicant are provided at closing without expectation of repayment.

This application is intended to be completed by the buyer's lender. By completing this application, you are certifying that the information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. What you can expect from the application process:

APPLICATION: Fully complete the application with supporting documentation
DECISION: Application shall be reviewed, clarified, deliberated and decided within 30 days, with consideration for deadlines and urgent circumstances.
PAYMENT: If approved, funds will be available at closing. Funds are typically paid directly to the title company at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
