Exhibition Registration Procedure

  1. Submission of Application: Applicants must accurately complete and submit the provided application form, ensuring all required details have been included. Please be aware that the application deadline is set for 30th April 2025.

  2. Confirmation of Submission: After submitting the form, applicants should patiently await an official confirmation email from the event organizers, indicating successful registration.

  3. Receipt and Completion of Contract and Invoice: Upon receiving the official contract and invoice from the event administrators, applicants are obligated to fill in the document in its entirety and in good faith.

  4. Submission of Contract and Payment: Applicants are required to submit their full payment (as stipulated in the invoice) concurrently with the contract.

  5. Securing Placement: Upon receipt of the contract and the corresponding payment, the event organizers will secure and confirm the applicant's position at the exhibition.

  6. Invoice Fulfilment: After the invoice has been issued, any remaining payments must be completed prior to the discount deadline. Compliance with this deadline is necessary to avail any applicable discounts.


  1. การยื่นใบสมัคร:
    ผู้สมัครต้องกรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มการสมัครที่จัดเตรียมไว้ให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง โดยต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดได้ถูกกรอกครบถ้วนแล้ว กรุณาทราบว่าวันที่สิ้นสุดการรับสมัครคือ  วันที่ 30 เมษายน 2568  
  2. การยืนยันการส่ง: หลังจากส่งแบบฟอร์ม ผู้สมัครควรรอรับอีเมลยืนยันอย่างเป็นทางการจากผู้จัดงาน ซึ่งบ่งชี้ถึงการลงทะเบียนที่สำเร็จ

  3. การรับและการกรอกสัญญาและใบแจ้งหนี้: เมื่อได้รับสัญญาและใบแจ้งหนี้อย่างเป็นทางการจากผู้จัดการงาน, ผู้สมัครมีหน้าที่ต้องกรอกเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนและด้วยความสุจริต

  4. การส่งคืนสัญญาและการชำระเงิน:
    ผู้สมัครต้องส่งคืนสัญญาที่กรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วน พร้อมทั้งชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนตามที่ระบุไว้   ในใบแจ้งหนี้พร้อมกัน
  5. การยืนยันตำแหน่งในงาน:
    เมื่อผู้จัดงานได้รับสัญญาและการชำระเงินครบถ้วนแล้ว ผู้จัดงานจะทำการยืนยันและสำรองตำแหน่งของผู้สมัครในงานแสดงสินค้า  
  6. การชำระใบแจ้งหนี้:
    หลังจากที่ออกใบแจ้งหนี้แล้ว ผู้สมัครต้องชำระยอดเงินคงเหลือให้ครบก่อนถึงกำหนดเวลาส่วนลด การปฏิบัติตามกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวจำเป็นสำหรับการใช้สิทธิ์ส่วนลดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
