Unless otherwise agreed by CYL and with the exception of membership upgrades, your requested membership change shall go into effect once you have met your minimum commitment as set forth in the Membership Agreement you signed when you started your membership. Membership upgrades will require you to sign a new Membership Agreement in the studio and will go into effect at such time.
