COVID-19 Testing BR 2021
BR has set up COVID-19 testing for campers on-site at check-in. A rapid COVID-19 test will be administered by Cadillac Health for a cost of $27.00. This cost will be billed to campers' treat store bill.

If your camper will not require a test because they have been fully vaccinated at the time of arrival please complete the following form. You will need to show proof of vaccination at the time of check-in. Please remember to bring your vaccination card or a copy/photo of your card to check in. Without proof of vaccination, we will have to do a test on-site.

Vaccination Status
Per the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson [J&J]/Janssen)±; there is currently no post-vaccination time limit on fully vaccinated status.

If your camper will not be fully vaccinated at the time of arrival she will need a COVID test at check-in and you do not need to complete this form.
