"Systematic Instruction for Students with Severe Disabilities"
After completing the four-hour training, “Systematic Instruction for Students with Severe Disabilities” the participants will be able to:
1. Describe how to teach academic and functional skills using systematic instructional techniques.
2. Learn how to apply the system of least prompts to teach skills.
3. Explain how the hierarchy of prompts is used to assist students in learning academic and functional skills.
4. Learn how to apply constant time delay to teach skills.
This is a free training and a Zoom link will be provided for registered participants
Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work and Social Work continuing education credit will be available.
