This is an application for the Free Company Faewood  on Final Fantasy XIV's Mateus world. Please be advised that this form is temporary and will undergo some changes as we progress.

This form is fairly lengthy and is divided into five separate sections, each consisting of ~8 questions;
     this initial section, (8 fields)
     an OOC section, (7 fields)
     two optional sections (covering PvE and Crafting, which if you select 'No' on the 'Are you Interested' questions skips them entirely) (5~6 each)
     and a final section covering in-character details. (10 fields, 2 confirmation prompts)
It is advised you reserve enough time to answer these questions in their totality.

For most people, this form is estimated to take about 20 minutes to fill out to completion. You may leave any question not marked with a red * blank, as these are not mandatory. However, it is suggested that you provide us with thorough answers for each.

Keep in mind that barring those we have recruited ICly, this may well be our first introduction to you as a writer. Use it! Show us what you can do. There is no 'TL:DR' cutoff for these forms. If you're willing to write, we're willing to read (conversely, if you didn't read this or the site itself because it was 'too much reading' or 'I skimmed', I've got bad news about this hobby.)
