Mental Health & Wellbeing Survey

The Fylde Coast Responsible Business Network (RBN) is a group of businesses committed to supporting our local community. The network has been created, and is supported, by the Blackpool Pride of Place Partnership, which is a flagship initiative of Business in the Community. 

One of our key themes is supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the Fylde Coast workforce. 

In order for us to tailor the support to where it's most needed, we would like to understand what are the top three priorities in your organisation in terms of mental health and wellbeing. 

Once we have collated and reviewed the findings, we will look at how we can then best support the network. 

Examples of priorities could be, signposting to local services, information on Employee Assistance Programmes, Cost of Living topics, Menopause awareness etc
