Communicating Medical Information to Children
Our goal is to build a website designed to help parents learn about conveying medical information to children. Listed below are some questions regarding topics that will potentially be included in our website. Please indicate your interest level in the following topics. We have also included some demographic questions to better understand the context of survey responses. If you are not comfortable with responding, please feel free to skip some or all of these questions.

For the purpose of this survey, we are defining illness as a chronic health condition that negatively impacts one’s daily function or quality of life.
