Fall 2021 Meal Reservation Form
The Washington County School District is pleased to offer Curbside Meal Service this year! The program will begin on Monday, August 9th. The location for meal pick-up will be at Ridge Road Elementary School from 12:00pm-12:30pm. This form needs to be completed daily. Please complete this form by 10:30am the day prior to picking up your meal.

This form needs to be completed by 10:30am on Monday to reserve your meals for Tuesday.
This form needs to be completed by 10:30am on Tuesday to reserve your meals on Wednesday.
This form needs to be completed by 10:30am on Wednesday to reserve your meals for Thursday.
This form needs to be completed by 10:30am on Thursday to reserve your meals for Friday.
This form needs to be completed by 10:30am on Friday to reserve your meals for Monday.  

This program is open to WACO Virtual School Students and residents of the county that are ages 1-18 that are not enrolled in the Washington County School District.
