Property owners or tenants will be held responsible for all Township issued cans that are lost, stolen, or misused. Property owners or tenants are also responsible for maintenance and cleaning of cans.
The Township is not responsible for squirrel holes. We will not replace or repair cans due to animal damage.
Yellow cans are to be used for RECYCLING MATERIALS ONLY. Failure to recycle properly is a violation of State and Local Laws. A summons will be issued for non-compliance.
