Managing and leading change in a single organisation is complex, let alone across multiple organisations that form a single entity for growth and learner/ staff progression. In this unique six session programme, Dr Keven Bartle will use his PhD research to lead others, in facilitating change by the central teams of a Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).
Each of the six sessions will include presented content, reflective group discussions, bespoke workshops and practice-based, in-situ gap tasks between sesions. The programme will be delivered in a variety of formats including online, face-to-face and a combination of the two.
