Thanks for volunteering, we wouldn't be able to run this program without you!

Youth Volleyball games are scheduled on Saturdays -October 22, 2022 through mid-December at Forsythe (Grades 4 & 5) & Clague (Grades 6 - 9). Each team plays 6 matches. Games can be as early as 9 am and as late as 4 or 5 pm. In past years, the older league (grade 8 / 9) played in the afternoons.

Use this form to indicate dates you can NOT field a team, or any regular conflicts that affect a team member that may make it hard for them to participate if we weren't told. Before submitting, you will need to look over your roster and check  with the parents about player availability. Do not request a day off if only one player  or coach can't make it. If it's the coach that can't be there, hopefully an assistant coach or a team parent could step in and cover the match so that the team can play.

The following criteria will be followed when considering your request:

1. Please submit no more than two requests per team, due to the size of the league.
2. All requests should be submitted using this form.
3. Any request made after Tuesday, October 4, 2022, may not be granted.
4. Needs of the league as a whole supersede any individual team, but we do our best to honor all requests.
5. We reserve the right to change a schedule any time due to extenuating circumstances.
