Recommendations for the Red List of Endangered Crafts - Data Collection Form

This form allows individuals or organisations to make recommendations for crafts to be considered for the Heritage Crafts Red List of Endangered Crafts (http://redlist.heritagecrafts.org.uk). 

We would be very grateful for your help in answering the following questions to help guide us in our research. There are quite a lot of questions in this form which all help to assess the endangerment status of a craft. Don’t worry if you can’t answer every question – any answers you can give will be enormously helpful. You can also save your answers and come back to them if you need more time to work on them.
