Kindermusik at the Lakes Scholarship Application
Because we believe early music education gives every child the best possible start in life, we have committed to providing a limited number of scholarships to make this opportunity available to those who may need it.

Scholarships are intended to help families who want to make the benefits of music classes/lessons a priority for their child(ren), but who are unable to participate due to extenuating circumstances. Priority will be given to families facing major illness, special needs, job loss, or unforseen financial hardship. Other circumstances may be considered. Scholarships will be awarded at the sole discretion of Kindermusik at the Lakes.

Approved families may need to pay for a portion of the totally tuition. Scholarships may cover all or part of the remaining tuition, based on scholarship funds available.

Approved families will be asked to commit to consistent and punctual attendance of Kindermusik classes, use of the Kindermusik home materials, and confidentiality of receipt of the scholarship.

Enrollment and Scholarship policies
If approved for a Kindermusik scholarship, I commit to consistent and punctual attendance, use of the home materials for reinforcement, and confidentiality of receipt of the scholarship.

I understand Kindermusik at the Lakes will charge installment payments to my credit or debit card (3.5% service charge applies), will send a Venmo request each month, or will withdraw from my bank via ACH on a recurring monthly basis from September to April. Note that the yearly re-enrollment fee for returning families of $25 nor the one-time first time family enrollment fee of $45 cannot be covered by this scholarship. 

Kindermusik at the Lakes has permission to email me class-related information and announcements. I understand that my personal information will not be released to any third party, and is for the exclusive use of communication from Kindermusik at the Lakes.


With this enrollment, I have released any and all rights and claims for damages against Kindermusik at the Lakes and its Staff in the unlikely event of injury sustained by myself or my child(ren) during the course of or as a result of my enrollment at Kindermusik at the Lakes.
