I have reviewed the following Park Rules and understand that if I do not follow park rules I will be in violation of Weston Municipal Regulations sections 174.30-174.35 which are subject to penalty under section 174.99.
- Park Hours: Dawn to Dusk
- Shelters are First Come, First Serve. To reserve call 419-669-3224.
- Vandals will be prosecuted.
- Clean up trash. No littering!
- Adult supervision recommended.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, or tobacco use.
- No fires, fireworks or explosives.
- All domestic animals must be on a leash.
- No overnight parking.
- Use playground at your own risk.
In consideration for the use of the Weston village buildings, parks, playground equipment and ball fields, (collectively, "Facility"), I ("Customer"), on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, fiduciaries, and assigns, and all guests, invited by me or not, I expressly agree and hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Village of Weston, OH its officers, elected officials, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, damages, injuries and losses resulting from ore related to my or their use of such Facility.
