Is sharing your creations at Colours of Love one of your dreams? Do you have a special magic you want to share in a bigger way? What unique flavor do you want to bring to this collective experience?

Colours of Love is a co-creation of a community. Your gifts, your passions and your dedication to create magic together is welcomed in making this extraordinary gathering of dreams!

We are now accepting registrations for vendor participation at Colours of Love Thailand 2023.

We are able to offer a heavily discounted pass to those of you who wish to exchange a portion of their time to co-create this magical experience.

CO-CREATION & EXCHANGE

Colours of Love is a collaboration and that includes making a small financial community contribution to cover your baseline costs to the venue, and to cover the Vendor area set up. Please note we do not charge a percentage of your sales. Vendors receive a heavily discounted contribution pass; you will be sent your invite for purchase at the time your application is approved.

In exchange you will receive:

- 1 x full pass to CoL: The Elevation (4 days of programming, cacao ceremonies, music, workshops, etc.

- Minimum of 3 banquets included with our high-end caterer (vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian menu).

- Vendor table and dedicated area

We still create this totally from the hands of the people that come... Every contribution pass is truly a direct contribution to bringing this into existence.

**please note that if you are eligible for a crew/co-creator discounted pass AND a vendor pass, you will automatically be selected for a Vendor pass (not a crew or co-creator pass).

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Complete vendor registration form.
2. All applicants will be contacted by email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.
3. All selected vendors must confirm their commitment by purchasing their crew contribution pass in advance by 1st March 2023.

TRAVEL

Vendors are responsible for their own transportation to and from the festival. The location will be 20 mins North of Phuket airport (secret location to be announced imminently).

For those located in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, there will be CoL buses provided from Donsak Pier to drive directly to the venue. Bus tickets will be available after purchase of your pass.

ACCOMMODATION

Vendors will be responsible for their own accommodation. All vendors must stay onsite. We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible after purchase of your pass to avoid disappointment.

PREPARATION

Colours of Love operating hours is mostly from 7am till 2am, with one 24 celebration. Vendors will be provided a full programme of the event so that you can choose your own operating hours. However, we will be making a suggestion of opening and closing times so that you can enjoy the event and also operate when there is the most likely traffic to the vendor area.

Please bring all items that are required for your stall. We can provide you tables for display and chairs for sitting. Please bring your own rails and hangers if required.

WEATHER

Please come prepared for the weather; March is usually hot and dry in Phang Nga so bring water, a sun hat, sunscreen and mosquito spray for yourself. We will do our best to provide shade for vendors but it cannot be guaranteed.

Regarding rain, it rarely rains at this time of year - but on occasion it can happen so please be responsible to pack up your stall if this should happen.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the vendor rules, information and terms and conditions thoroughly before submitting an application. In filling out the following application form, you confirm you have read and understood the information and agree to abide by the rules and regulations.

- All vendors must be at least 18 years of age, no exceptions.
- Vendors receive no monetary compensation for their services.
- Accepted vendors must purchase a 4-Day Vendor Pass.
- Vendor tickets are non-transferable.
- Vendors are required to abide by all health and safety regulations.
- Vendors are required to attend an orientation session online before arriving.
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- We expect our vendors to be responsibly sober and to act with integrity and respect to all others. Anyone behaving in a harmful way to others or passing your wristband to others will lose access to the event.
