mCommunity was built to enable our customers to connect with each other, gain best practices, and get inspiration. To help facilitate customer learning in the community, we are introducing #expertswithinsights - a formal way for our customer experts to share their knowledge and expertise and get recognized.

We are looking for experienced industry professionals for each of the following areas:

  • Brand Monitoring

  • Crisis Monitoring

  • Competitive Benchmarking

  • Social Media & Community Management

  • Influencer Marketing

  • PR Media Monitoring & Relations

What will an expert need to do?

  1. Pick 1-2 topics you are passionate about 

  2. Write blog posts about the topic (writing & editing support available)

  3. Participate in a virtual meetup to discuss the Q&A generated from your blog posts
