Part II - Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Class Registration 
Thank you for your interests in taking the Part II- Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance class in the spring. We had a blast in the winter and we are ready to keep moving. Reminder that this is the second part of the Part I series. We recommend you to take the Part I series first before taking the Part II series. We are looking forward to seeing you in class either in-person or virtually! Please fill out the information to confirm a spot in the class. 

A little bit about the Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Program: This is a modified Tai Chi Program that is evidenced-based and CDC approved to improve your balance and mobility. This is a progressive program, meaning that each class is built upon the content in the previous class. Therefore, we recommend you attend class weekly. 

Dates: April 6th - June 1st, 2023
Time: Every Thursday from 2-3 PM PST

What you will need if participating virtually:
- chair (without armrests preferred)
- open space (to be able to take at least one step forward/backward)
- comfortable clothes
- comfortable shoes (optional, activities can be performed with or without shoes)
