Camp Misquah Subsidy Application Form
Camp Misquah believes that every individual should have the opportunity to attend summer camp.  
This form serves as an application for subsidies to help cover Camp Misquah fees. The subsidies are designed to assist with the cost of camp fees but will not cover the entire cost of camp. The exact amount that you recieve in subsidy will depend on the overall need for subsidies and will be indicated to you when you recieve a subsidy confirmation. 
Please read the form carefully before submitting your application.

A subsidy application form must be submitted before the subsidy request can be considered. Camp spots cannot be reserved without a deposit. You need to pay the 10% deposit  to reserve your camper's spot. If you need to wait for a subsidy response before paying the deposit, please reach out to us to let us know so we can ensure that your campers place can be held. 


Subsidy Application Steps:
1. The applicant must complete the following Subsidy Application Form.This form must be completed as soon as possible.  
3. The applicant must pay the $110 deposit fee by April 31st to confirm thier spot at camp
4. The applicant will be notified by email, prior to camp, indicating the amount of approved subsidy.
5. The remaining balance of all Camp fees must be paid by June 24th 2022.
