Due to the Pandemic Covid-19, all vendors must follow the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health. Necessary actions will be taken to vendors that do not comply with these guidelines.

- The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the event.
- Deposit of 50% or full payment received is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made when you fail to attend the event.
- The vendor must pay the full amount of the original booking fee.
-The booth space should always be kept clean and tidy.
-The organizer will accommodate all vendors as much as possible. However, we are not responsible
 for cancellations, loss, damage, death or injury that occur before or during the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
-During the event photos and videos including your products will be taken and used for marketing purposes.
-All registered vendors will be given one (1) free e-shop on weelago.com valid for three (3) months from date of payment
-NO ELECTRIC PROVIDED, UNLESS UPON REQUEST
